段宇平，安徽淮南人，中国共产党党员，博士，硕士生导师，现任安徽医科大学生物医学工程系教师。

研究方向：

（1）基于人工智能的医学图像处理算法；

（2）医学信息安全与取证；

（3）机器人集群与路径算法研究。
